Our Commitment to Safeguarding

At No Limits Academy, the safety, wellbeing, and welfare of our learners are our highest priorities. We are committed to creating a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment where all students can achieve their full potential, whether studying online or through blended learning.

We believe that every learner has the right to feel safe, respected, valued, and protected from harm. Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility, and we work proactively to promote a culture of vigilance, care, and accountability throughout our academy.

What is Safeguarding?

Safeguarding is the action we take to protect children, young people, and vulnerable adults from harm, abuse, neglect, exploitation, radicalisation, and other risks that may impact their wellbeing.At No Limits Academy, safeguarding includes:* Protecting learners from abuse, neglect, and exploitation* Promoting physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing* Supporting online safety and digital wellbeing* Preventing bullying, harassment, and discrimination* Promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion* Ensuring learners know how and where to seek help

Online Safety

As an online and blended learning provider, we place particular emphasis on digital safeguarding and responsible online behaviour.Learners are encouraged to:

Use academy systems responsibly and respectfully
Protect personal information online
Report inappropriate online behaviour or content
Communicate professionally with staff and fellow learners
Follow our acceptable use and online conduct expectations

We provide guidance and support to help learners navigate the online world safely and confidently.

Student Wellbeing

We recognise that academic success is closely linked to wellbeing. Our academy promotes a supportive approach that encourages learners to seek help whenever needed.

Support may include:

Tutor guidance and mentoring
Wellbeing check-ins
Academic support and intervention
Signposting to specialist services where appropriate
Advice on managing study, stress, and workload

Reporting a Concern

If you are a learner, parent, carer, member of staff, or visitor and have a safeguarding concern, we encourage you to report it immediately. All concerns will be treated seriously, sensitively, and in accordance with our safeguarding procedures. Concerns may relate to:

A learner's safety or wellbeing
Bullying or harassment
Online safety concerns
Mental health or emotional wellbeing
Abuse, neglect, or exploitation
Any situation where a learner may be at risk of harm
